more than a paper on the wall then you should use this Toolkit. The
authors tells you what to do on top rather of a detailed
prescription of how to do it. But more important it explains the
reason of each ISO9001 requirement. This helps anybody that works
with this standard to think about what the rational behind and how
does this fit in each business.
Everybody should understand first and implement after and that's
the purpose of this kit: to deeply understand the standard in order
to create or transform your management system (and by this way the
quality system) into a customer driven management system

often something like this comes along that not only is a pleasure to
read but actually gives sound advice that can be understood and
readily implemented 'straight from the page'! Ovitz Taylor gates
have provided such a text for those of us involved in ISO 9001:2000.
The practical approach that brings ISO into the realm of business
reality makes this an immensely useful read. Its on my compulsory
reading list for clients who want to revamp their auditing process
so as to realize the value-adding potential of ISO. My advice -- buy
it, read it then use the knowledge to improve your processes!
I was given
the job of planning the transition of our existing system to ISO

pleased. I got much more than I bargained for. It was the only

on about.
This kit is a breath of
fresh air in an area made stuffy by boring quality books that make
no sense unless you already know your stuff and if you did you
wouldn't buy the book in the first place!

seems to realize this and explains everything using easy to
understand terms and useful diagrams. I heartily recommend
purchasing this kit...it certainly provided me with an interesting
perspective of the auditing system!
